Now I know you thought it was going to be the Hobby Organizer but that'll be my first project. Not my first Guide.

Things are moving as things will

Well Howdy and Welcome to you fine folks.

Okay I don't have everything together like I had hoped. I am over flowing with idea's and trying to get each on down on paper is taking away from my time to actually work on the projects I have more than just a vague idea on. Well what actually happens is when I sit and do a little work on those projects I am trying to get to my mind wanders after making a descent amount of progress and I start getting inspire by what I just did. Kinda annoying, but exactly why I have the knowledge I am trying to share with you all.

So far I have most of the basic drawing on the Hobby Organizer done, just trying to decide on measurements before I start cutting materials. You can only measure twice to cut once after you know the measurement you are looking for. After I get that finalized I will show you all my rough drawings and preliminary materials list.

Also I was dabbling with some image editing looking for a picture for this blog, got something I like, just trying to get it to the proper size. My editing skills are by far still too hit and miss and I am not sure of what I did to get to where I am so I can't share, but I will be putting up some links I found helpful.

I have also been experimenting with some other web page formats, again Web design isn't really my thing but I will share with you all what I can. That will definitely be a project where you get to see the result up close.

I am also working on a few other things that will be brought into this blog and the site to fallow. So I am staying busy, well is it really busy when you are loving every minute of it?? Even the most frustrating ones.

What to do?? What to do?? Oh good golly I have so many options.

Well folks since my last post I have been doing a literal ton of work. I'm serious, I make granite counter tops at work and I am sure I have worked on much much more than a ton of stone since I last posted.

I have also done alot of work on things for this blog. I've made some decisions on what I will be covering here first. I have been going through the mountains of models, books, and what not trying to figure out what journey we should begin together here. I've decided I am going to working on one of the Miniature War Game Army I have sitting around waiting to be painted....which one I am still not sure, but one of them it will be.

I also noted how unorganised all my model supplies and tools are. Spread out in 1000 different places around my house and vehicle. So as I decide on which Army will be my first big project here I am going to work on a smaller one with you all. I'll be building an organiser for my supplies and tools. I'm thinking something movable, not quite portable, but movable. Think a desk top computer(movable) as apposed to a laptop(portable).

So my next full blog will have a set of plans and a projected materials list at the very least. I'll also have some pictures and some suggestions for other options in building the organiser.

This is the Beginning...or These are the Beginnings?

I'm Ted, Uncle Ted.....okay well that didn't work as well as I had hoped. I thought it would be much funnier. Oh well.

Well this blog is the beginning of my attempt to share my hobby with all of you. And what is my Hobby you ask??

My Hobby is pretty much summed up as Collecting Hobbies.

What I mean by that is I love doing so many different things and finding new challenges so much that I end up jumping from one hobby to another all the time. Or trying to find a way to combine multiple hobbies into one, like I am doing here with this Blog.

I like writing and talking about what I have found on all the different topics I keep looking up as I search for the next new tidbit or challenge in all my various hobbies. So here I will be sharing with you all how those wild ramblings across the net and at my work bench as I Work on my different hobbies.

I'll share what works for me and what doesn't. Which product works and which one do not. I also plan on taking you along with me with pictures and write ups on my various projects.

Well until I get something substantial ready to post I hope you all enjoy my random ramblings as I try to figure the best way to put this all up.
